All orders placed on the E-Yugam mobile application are processed by the seller / merchant / business under whose catalogue the buyer placed the order. Normally, seller / business / merchant within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you submit the orderer  . 

Currently eNIGAM only accepts orders to delivery locations in India. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders to international addresses or to delivery locations outside India. 

eNIGAM can process orders to most PIN codes and addresses within India. However, for delivery locations in Jammu & Kashmir, some states in the North East of India viz. Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, and certain Union Territories may have different shipping options based on the availability of delivery services. You may note that eNIGAM relies on third-party providers to deliver orders and perform certain order fulfillment activities. 

You will receive a shipping / dispatch notification when your order is shipped / dispatched.
