E-Yugam is a marketplace that enables users to buy and / or sell goods and services. As a a digital marketplace, E-Yugam presents robust transactional capability of an online marketplace with rich collaborative features of social media. 

As a user, you may sign up as a Consumer and place orders for goods or book services. E-Yugam is free for all consumers.

If you are a merchant business supplying goods or providing services, you can sign up to E-Yugam as a Business. When you sign up to E-Yugam, you may choose to be either a Seller or an Advertiser. 

Sellers can add their catalogue, list their products / services, manage the price of their catalogue items, promote / advertise their catalogue items, enable discounts / coupons, and deliver to customer directly using the E-Yugam Fleet app for delivery tracking etc.

Advertisers can create their profiles on E-Yugam, generate leads and direct the leads to any their distribution channels including website, phone, e-mail or Whatsapp.

The E-Yugam Consumer is a buyer on the E-Yugam Marketplace. 

E-Yugam empowers Consumers (Buyers) to browse, click and buy from a rich collection of products and services listed by categories & sub-categories.   

Consumers are encouraged to verify their identity with an acceptable government-issued ID such as Aadhar or PAN.  

A Consumer who opts to verify his / her identity with an accepted government ID, gets access to the full features of E-Yugam Consumer account.

Home Consumers (Buyers) can search categories of goods and services and their sellers (business) using the Search feature or using the View navigation. All business users online near the location of the buyer also appear on Home. Some businesses may be sellers on E-Yugam while some may only be advertisers.

Market 

Create Demands Consumers (Buyers) may create demands in E-Yugam Market giving details of what they would like to buy. Attachments in the form of images and media files including voice allow the buyer to clearly elaborate his need.

View Trends Consumers (Buyers) may view trends in the E-Yugam Market. Trends are posted in the Market by Business (Sellers). The action buttons attached to Trends enable consumers (buyers) to view the profile with contact details, view the catalogue items, communicate via chat / Whatsapp or visit website of the business (seller).

Direct 

Buyers can directly purchase goods or services by navigating through the Direct feature. Direct leads only to those buyers (Consumers) to those sellers (Business) who have a catalogue and sell on E-Yugam.

Loyalty Points & Rewards 

All purchases give loyalty points which are accrued to the buyer. Buyers may claim eligible rewards with the accrued loyalty points.

Communities 

Buyers can use the Community feature to create user communities with like-minded interests and preferences for any category / sub-category of goods and services.

Events The Events feature within Communities enables community members to host online events or schedule events at offline venues.

Connect & Chats Additionally, users may form communities of individual or institutional buyers to get better propositions in the form of discounts, coupons or rewards from sellers (aka business users).  

 E-Yugam enables Sellers (aka business users) to create their profile, add catalogue, list their products and / or services, manage prices and deliver to customer directly using the E-Yugam Fleet app. Sellers may provide discounts / coupons on their catalogue items.

Besides catalogue listing, pricing and tracking, sellers may use marketing tools such as banners, coupons and campaigns that may be enabled quickly and seamlessly. E-Yugam Market enables sellers to create trends that allow access to a wide set of consumers (buyers). Sellers may promote / advertise their catalogue items by placing banners at high visibility areas on the app. Campaigns allow business to use a combination of marketing tools such as banners & coupons together. 

The Business Partner feature allows a seller to add partners to their business thereby benefitting from multiple resources to manage their selling activities on the platform.

E-Yugam Fleet app allows businesses to deliver directly to their consumers using their own delivery riders or opt for delivery services from the platform. E-Yugam fleet enables tracking of physical delivery of products to the doorstep of the consumer.

We accept payments via credit / debit cards, internet banking, UPI and some wallets. We may also support a Pay Later arrangement for certain categories & sub-categories. You may refer to our Terms of Use for details.

E-Yugam offers a standard 10-day return policy for all products in their original condition. However, the return window may vary for certain categories and sub-categories. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.

No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. Our marketplace is open to all buyers within the India jurisdiction only. We will endeavour to make international shipping available in the future. Please check back here to see when international shipping is enabled. Our shipping policy has more information on this.
